Furniture Orders (Made to Order)

  • Furniture production begins after order confirmation
  • Production timelines vary based on design complexity, materials, and custom requirements
  • Our team will contact you to confirm specifications and custom details before production begins
  • Delivery is scheduled with the customer once production and final quality checks are completed


Rug Orders

  • Rugs may be made to order or ready to dispatch, depending on the specific piece
  • Applicable timelines are communicated at checkout or during order confirmation
  • Each rug undergoes a final inspection prior to dispatch


Fragrance & Ready-to-Dispatch Products

  • Fragrance products are ready to dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are communicated at checkout or during order confirmation
  • Immediate dispatch applies only to products clearly identified as ready items


Payment & Dispatch

  • Full payment is required before dispatch for all products
  • Dispatch or delivery is initiated based on the product category purchased


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate delivery details
  • Clear access routes (where applicable)
  • Availability of an authorised recipient at delivery


Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery
  • Any visible delivery-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours
  • Once delivery is accepted, items are considered delivered in good condition
